Show Notes

Broken, I come now
They are not sorry
Broken, I come now
They damaged me in the darkest way
Broken, I come now
Each day a new sorrow
Broken, I come now
Still living in pain

Lord, heal my heart
When no apology has been said
Lord, heal my heart
When the pain is deep
Lord, heal my heart
When the injuries are many
Lord, heal my heart
As I wait for Your return • Emily Acker

• Because He loves us, Jesus made a way for us to be near God, the compassionate Healer. He came to be with us and identify with our hurt. He endured the cross and rose from the dead, offering forgiveness to all who put their trust in Him. He offers healing now, and when He returns, He will raise us from the dead and fully heal all hurts. Are you ready to come to Him?

• If you’ve experienced a deep hurt and need someone you can talk to about it, you can set up an appointment for a one-time complimentary phone consultation with a Christian counselor through the Focus on the Family Counseling Service. In the United States, call 1-855-771-HELP (4357) weekdays 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) to set up an appointment. In Canada, book your appointment by calling 1-800-661-9800 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) and ask to speak with the care associate.

Turn, Lord, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love. Psalm 6:4 (NIV)
